The Project Manager is responsible for the following:
- Managing projects
- Green Wall Installations
- Landscape contracting
- Roof farm installations
- Managing Customer Relationship during the project implementation phase
- Coordinating with all business units
- Design team for BOQ and Design Documents
- Warehouse for materials
- Sales team to coordinate client deliverables
- Accounting and Finance for budgeting
- Maintaining project budgets
Job Requirements
- This position requires a highly motivated individual that can work in a fast-moving environment.
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Experience in Engineering & Construction preferred
- Ability to follow Design drawings and tight schedules
- Good time management and people skills
- Good English
