Job Description
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters,
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
Working Conditions:
- Working hours from 10 am to 5 pm
- Working place in Fifth Settlement
- Basic Salary+Commission.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Presentable.
- Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST.
- Have a car.
