Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Confirms identity of customer using fingerprint as outlined in the biometric workstation manual.
- Captures the applicant’s biometric data to include fingerprints, iris, and facial picture.
- Performs workstation tasks as outlined in biometric workstation manual
- Conducts any other tasks entrusted to him by operations supervisor or centre manager to ensure work continuity in the centre.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Experience minimum 2 years in any field related to customer service .
- Open for contractual profile
- Should have the passport (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of visa processing will be an added advantage
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate
- Good command over English- speaking and writing both
- Good computer knowledge
- Resourceful individual who is pro-active and independent.
- Pleasant attitude with a 'nothing is impossible' mind-set.
- Multitasking, sincere, mature, confident, Presentable Manage daily administration work
