Job Description
- Greet customers and provide information on products
- Ensure racks/booth are fully stocked and display guidelines are followed
- Visual merchandising
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Job duration from 1 month to 3 months - successful candidate may be offered full-time job at end of contract based on performance and work requirements
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in fashion, home accessories or handmade products is preferred
- Familiarity with customer service principles
- Familiarity with using sales system and visa sales and understanding of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Punctuality and flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree / university degree is a plus
