Job Description
- Align the time sheets with the entries on the SAP system
- Create Purchase order of the requisitions on SAP
- Communicate with the suppliers and check changes in the delivery dates and pricing
- Follow-up on the approval of the invoices on the system
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports to the Operations managers that includes SAP logged hours
