Job Description
- Monitor and guide agents towards the company’s goals and objectives.
- Achieve company’s targets and coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.
- Handling clients' inquires and requests.
- Following the management strategy and instructions.
- Following up with the sales agents for achieving targets.
- Prepare necessary reports that must be presented to the Sales manager about the project.
- Develop best strategies and tools used in order to help raise the amount of deals for projects.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 6 years of experience in Real Estate field.
- Smart, Confident and with dynamic personality.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
