Job Description
- Plans & leads Trade Marketing activities & programs to achieve company set objectives for products display & services.
- Plans & directs market research studies for obtaining information on products, suppliers, & identify clients problems and present solutions.
- Responsible for preparing product profit and loss report including advertising & promotional campaigns and other related expenses.
- Responsible for analyzing marketing researches and making presentations to Management.
- Participates in setting marketing budget.
- Communicates with outside advertising agencies for display tools & POS.
- Prepares regular status reports on marketing programs.
- Monitors in-store promotional themes and events for product launch.
- Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials & events (based on Corp. Identity).
- Responsible for issuing on a regular basis, miscellaneous market intelligence reports related to: Product Comparisons, Market News, Prices, competitor's displays/bonus strategy for sales /traders, New Products Alert, etc.
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and recommends training & development needs.
Job Requirements
