Job Description

  • Development and implementation of the Total Value strategy
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: strategic development of audience marketing campaigns, and managing the campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication Manager for better Market positioning
  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategy and plans
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Job Requirements

  • MBA Preferable
  • Proven track record of success in similar position.
  • At least 5 years of proven marketing experience preferable within events management
  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of the marketing strategy.
  • Database development and management
  • Budget Management
  • Developing relationships with key event partners - associations, exhibitors and media
  • Supplier Management: liaising with external suppliers Strong organization skills, able to work with and influence a range of personalities
  • Team leadership/management experience
  • Analysis and reporting skills
  • Working knowledge of online analytics programs
