Job Description
- Plan, organize, and direct the implementation and/or development of IBM FileNet and Datacap solutions in accordance with strategic business plans on multiple large projects.
- Interface with customers to provide issue resolution for products and processes.
- Administer the configuration and set-up of IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap platforms.
- Manage/oversee/execute the upgrades of IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap platforms and application software across development, QA and production environments.
- Communicate with management and business partners on business systems and project statuses.
- Review, analyze, and gather customer requirements and recommend innovative solutions to appropriate management.
- Work closely with internal business units to facilitate project completion.
- Provide business rules interpretation for functional and technical specifications, system designs, and documentation for business solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer studies or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3+ years prior analysis experience in an Information Technology environment and respective business area required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, upgrading, managing, and troubleshooting IBM FileNet.
- Experience troubleshooting FileNet and Datacap platform and application technical issues and providing recommendations and solutions.
- Experience building business process analytic reports based on multidimensional information.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and with users at all levels.
- Superior organizational skills in planning and prioritizing own workload and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical terminology to people with limited or no technical understanding.
- Proactive and solutions driven with a high level of attention to detail.
