About the Job
- We are currently hiring a Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for Managing Business Consulting Project i.e. Market Research, Business Planning, Restructuring...etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project scope
- Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed and generate progress reports, task sheets, and communication charts.
- Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log.
- Support in recruiting, selection and contracting of the project consultancy team.
- Support technically in developing the customer reports and projects documents.
- Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
- Cairo Resident is preferred.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Leadership skills to work with stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- An eye for detail and excellent grammar.
- Commands of English and Arabic language written and spoken.
