About the Job

Sales Role:

  • Executes sales plans to penetrate the market of Translation services and capture significant market share.
  • Initiates interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings.
  • Meets sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
  • Prepares and presents professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
  • Analyzes requests and answers queries and prepares quotes.

Customer Relationship Role:

  • Establishes and maintains current and potential customer relationships.
  • Ensures high quality customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience especially in Marketing or IT companies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
