Job Description
- Coordinate with the Client Service department to prioritize clients’ reported issues & needed customization.
- Help prepare project time-frames and schedule.
- Follow up on schedule.
- Report and escalate delays to management as needed.
- Schedule tasks for reported defects & required customizations.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- (1-3) years of experience.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
- Having a previous experience in a similar position in a software company is a plus.
