Job Description

  • Coordinate with the Client Service department to prioritize clients’ reported issues & needed customization.
  • Help prepare project time-frames and schedule.
  • Follow up on schedule.
  • Report and escalate delays to management as needed.
  • Schedule tasks for reported defects & required customizations.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • (1-3) years of experience.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Having a previous experience in a similar position in a software company is a plus.
