Responsibilities:
- Own overall relationship with clients, which include: optimizing clients’ experience, ensuring retention, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Establish a strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of our products and services.
- Work with clients to establish critical goals and aid the client in achieving their goals.
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
Job Requirements
What will make you fit for this job:
- 3+ years of prior experience in customer service or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Solid communication skills and performance reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of the customers’ needs
