Job Description
- Coordinates with the Marketing Manager to implement and executes marketing activities including trade shows, events and seminars.
- Assists Marketing Manager in implementing marketing plans including seminar preparations (issuing invitations, brochures … etc)
- Follows up with the advertising agencies and various media channels on the advertisements and reviews accordingly to ensure meeting the quality standards.
- Support sales team with any external technical visits that require an extended knowledge of the product or solution.
- Monitors the marketing budget to ensure compliance with the set budget, and alerts the marketing department in case of budget deviation.
- Maintains customer database to support the marketing programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably English section
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time, work under pressure meeting deadlines, and business oriented.
