Job Description
- Responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management of store team and implementation of company programs, policies and procedures.
- Take a proactive approach to the business trends and He needs to act as a positive role model to store personnel, representing and supporting the Brand values.
- Responsible for continuously improving and developing Store Management skills through assignment of specific responsibilities (Visual / Merchandising / Operations) to Brand Coordinator or Area Manager.
- Meet Store sales and target.
- Maximize profitability through optimizations and controlling, discount, (Petty cash and general expenses) besides keeping fit tools & equipment of the shop, preventing stock loss.
- Communicate and follow up on business needs and potential actions to Head Office in order to reach the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensuring Maximum level of store cleaning, displaying and arranging stock.
- Achieve the maximum efficiency in product handling such as stock receiving and transferring.
- Working with team members to achieve sales target using the best of sales techniques and being creative in doing so.
- Be the role model to store personnel in implementing company policy & presenting Brand values
- Ensure induction is given to all new recruits, in all aspects of their job responsibilities, including company history, customer service, product knowledge and store operations.
- Provide development and training for store personnel in particular the Customer Service.
- Provide the needed training to teamwork to use computer and the other devices for sales operation.
- Ability to teach staff methods of Supervising & Exchange of work experience.
- Identify strengths and areas of development of store personnel and promote and encourage their professional development by using tools and best practices provided by Head Office.
- Ensure that store personnel reviews and performance appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and in line with Head Office Standards.
- Establish and maintain a positive, professional and sales oriented environment, and promote a culture open to internal feedback.
- Achieve the maximum effectiveness and acceptable level of fair in the management of the workload.
- Organize and lead regular store meetings to communicate store targets, place work plan, determine priorities and other relevant subjects to the store team.
- Represent and promote to store team the meaning and the importance of Customer Service.
- Empower the staff to use best practices in managing all Customer Service issues.
- Continuously monitor quality of customer service through Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure sales associates are developing and retaining long-term clients.
- Constantly monitor store merchandising standards and needs through appropriate reports and store team feedback.
