Job Description
- Supervise and support sales team
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team
- Handle key client meetings and assist in closing major deals
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4–6 years in sales, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role (Real Estate experience is a must
- Proven experience in sales and team supervision
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-driven with strong organizational skills
- Real estate experience is a must
