Job Description
Full-time – 5 days a week – 7 hours per day
Rotating shifts (includes two days off + public holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
* Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
* Provide support and information to donors and answer inquiries
* Handle complaints and feedback efficiently
* Accurately record call data and follow up as needed
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
* Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in the same field
* Male candidates only, maximum age: 27
* Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
* Active listening skills and ability to understand and address caller inquiries effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
* Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours
* Experience or knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
* Proficiency in English is a plus
