Job Description
- Coordinating and follow up all transactions between sales dep. and related deps. (Financial, Factory, etc.).
- Preparing sales notifications.
- Following the stock of the products.
- Preparing orders to manufacture new stock of products.
- Contacting & following & coordinating the orders with shipping & delivery companies.
- Following customers complaints.
- Working for customer satisfaction.
- Outside visits to customers.
- Issuing needed invoices.
- Providing periodical reports.
Job Requirements
- Any related Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent English language.
- Proficiency usage of Office.
- Good knowledge in using social media platforms.
- Very good communication skills with customers.
