Job Description
- We are looking for a virtual assistant to provide administrative support to our managing director while working remotely.
- The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details.
- As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks including:
- Answering emails
- Scheduling meetings
- Doing calls
- Making travel arrangements, booking flights.
- Researcher
- Task moderator
- Arranging weekly plan
- Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support service to manager
the diary and arrange appointments as necessary - Make plans and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources
- Act on incoming mails based on the manager’s directives
Screen and respond to incoming correspondence and take action as appropriate - Responsible for all travel arrangements/ details for the manager and the executive
- Make arrangements for meetings required by the executive.
- Tracking tasks and design process with the designers and getting approval from the manager.
Job Requirements
- Has a background in working in Media production and Marketing Field
- Fluent in English language is a MUST
- Familiarity with Arabic\
- Proven work experience as secretary/ administrative assistant for at least 0-2 years, University
- Students are welcome too.
- Good with Microsoft office
- Has a good keen eye for details
- Excellent communication skills ( written& oral)
- High organizational and planning skills
- Excellent in internet browsing
- Excellent presentation skills
- Tact and Discrete
- Typing admin skills
- For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with experience as a personal assistant for 0 to 1 year.
- You should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
