About the Role

1-Support projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

2-Involvement in design, analysis, calculations, specifications.

3-Prepare reports, bill of quantities, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

1-Perform full-scope MEP engineering tasks: site visits, calculations, drawings, BOQ, budgeting, specifications, reporting, and presentations.

2-Handle design, design reviews, and supervision for:

*HVAC

*Water Supply

*Drainage

*Fire Fighting

*LPG Systems

3-Conduct energy auditing and efficiency works:

4-Analyze as-built documentation and energy use

5-Perform on-site measurements

6-Recommend energy conservation measures

7-Create energy models

8-Support sustainability works, focusing on mechanical engineering.

9-Conduct software-based analysis and calculations.

10-Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.

11-Liaise with authorities and certification bodies.

12-Fulfill any mechanical engineering and project management-specific requirements.

13-Assist and collaborate with other GRFN departments.
