Job Description
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for investment projects.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of portfolio companies.
- Oversee data collection and analysis to assess the performance of startups in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with the M&E Specialist to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Provide regular reports on project performance, impact, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Investment Manager to align M&E strategies with investment goals.
- Analyze trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate M&E findings into business strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners for collaborative evaluations.
- Implement improvement strategies based on evaluation results.
