Job Description
OverviewThe OD & WFP Managers will lead all workforce planning related activities centrally in terms of setting the annual labor budget, managing workforce requests, establishing and refine a predictive and effective tool to track the utilization of the labour budget. The role is also responsible for driving programs aimed at developing the operational capabilities and optimizing the productivity of workforce in line with the planned business requirements and strategic vision.Qualifications- 10+ years of progressive career experience inclusive of 7+ years management experience or 10+ years of progressive professional experience developed through an internal succession planning process- Experience in a large-scale MNC organisation- Consulting and in house experience would be ideal- Healthcare experience is preferred
