Job Description

General Purpose

  • Welcome guests, provide prompt and professional guest service meeting their expectations

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Maintain the reception/front desk/ launch area tidy.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing posts, arranging couriers if required
  • Make and confirm reservations, verify guest's payment methods, validate guest information
  • Ensure proper room allocation based on availability, maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings.
  • Guests check-in and out.
  • Review accounts and guest’s charges/ amount dues during the check-out process.
  • Delivering keys and direct guests to their rooms.
  • Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone.
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions and services.
  • Liaise with necessary stakeholders including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping / Maintenance team when rooms are vacant
  • Complete and maintain daily incident reports, or other reports related.
  • Manage dorms visitors based on the rules and regulations 
  • Enforce the rules and policies of the dorms.

Job Requirements

  • Tourism & hotels bachelor  / Institue - preferable
  • Experience from 0 to 3 Years in the same position ( Not more than 2 years of experience) We need fresh grad in this position
  • Age not more than 26 years old
