Job Description
General Purpose
- Welcome guests, provide prompt and professional guest service meeting their expectations
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Maintain the reception/front desk/ launch area tidy.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing posts, arranging couriers if required
- Make and confirm reservations, verify guest's payment methods, validate guest information
- Ensure proper room allocation based on availability, maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings.
- Guests check-in and out.
- Review accounts and guest’s charges/ amount dues during the check-out process.
- Delivering keys and direct guests to their rooms.
- Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions and services.
- Liaise with necessary stakeholders including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints
- Coordinate with the housekeeping / Maintenance team when rooms are vacant
- Complete and maintain daily incident reports, or other reports related.
- Manage dorms visitors based on the rules and regulations
- Enforce the rules and policies of the dorms.
Job Requirements
- Tourism & hotels bachelor / Institue - preferable
- Experience from 0 to 3 Years in the same position ( Not more than 2 years of experience) We need fresh grad in this position
- Age not more than 26 years old
