What you will do:
- Verification of documents;
- Outbound calls to the clients;
- Response to clients requests via chat and email;
- Analysis of client requests (chat, email);
- Conflicts resolution.
Job Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Native speaker of Arabic;
- Upper-Intermediate English is welcomed;
- Good verbal communication skills;
- Multi-tasking work in a team;
- Stress resistance;
- High level of responsibility;
- Computer literacy;
- Attention to details.
Working terms:
- Location of the office is in New Cairo area;
- 2/2 shift schedule.
