Job Description

The selected applicant will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. He/She should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
  • Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
  • Monitor market and consumer trends
  • Develop pricing and distribution strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, veterinary, or Science is a Must.
  • From 5 to 7 years of experience in the Cosmeceutical & Pharmaceutical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager.
  • MBA holder is preferred.
  • Effective Communication, Leadership, Planning & Time Management Skills.
  • Analytical thinking and Creativity.
  • Business acumen.
  • Professional presentation & negotiation skills.
