Job Description
- Set up and optimize financial systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Spearhead the implementation of new accounting systems or enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts for risk assessment.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
- Calculate profitability to provide insights into financial performance.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. (IAS and IFRS)
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
