Job Description
- Handle customer complaints effectively, efficiently and providing excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests to ensure understanding of needs and orders in timely manner.
- Responsible for outbound calls to offer the value add services for customers.
- Maintain accurate record of all customer data to facilitate creating analysis and reports.
- Manage customers’ orders and follow up on their request and complaints to ensure the highest satisfaction level.
- Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers to measure the aftersales services.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in same field
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Automotive industry experience is a preferable
- Awareness of ASC, and LG business cycle.
