Job Description
- Follow-up of the export process for shipments.
- Implement export strategy in order to achieve goals.
- Issuing and reviewing all export documents and forms
- Maintaining communication with clients.
- Ensure delivery of goods on time by buildup an excellent communication channels.
- Responding to customers' inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Maintaining verbal, oral and written communications with customers.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by proactively informing customers about the status of their shipments, answering questions and referring advanced technical questions to the right employee
- Coordinate the issuance of the bill of lading in accordance with the conditions of shipment, delivery and payment.
- Issuance of B / L and Certificate of Origin (EUR 1 & Comesa, COO Arabia and A & GSTP format) and amend it according to customer requests or documentary accreditation instructions
- Submit the original documents to the bank on time to avoid any delay in the documents to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all international shipping regulations
- Prepares periodic reports on export activities
- Perform the tasks assigned to him by his immediate boss
Job Requirements
- Education: Reasonable university degree.
- Years of experience: 2 – 3
- Location : Preferred near Giza.
