Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and solutions.
- Implement and support Oracle HCM modules such as:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Time and Labor
- Compensation
- Customize and configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations and data migrations.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
- Prepare detailed documentation including functional designs, test plans, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices and company policies.
- Stay current with Oracle updates and new releases to advise clients on system enhancements
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum [3–5+] years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and HRIS systems.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
