Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Develop baseline schedules for each project and update them regularly.
- Time plans for each project in coordination with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and the Projects Production Coordinator.
- Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
- Maintain schedules and keep project resources on track, provide regular project updates to project managers, and maintain contact with staff to monitor job progress.
- Make scheduling adjustments, and confer with managers to change resource allocations.
- Develop a department time plan.
- In coordination with the Project Managers, shuffle department priorities based on the scheduled and contracted dates.
Job Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic (French recommended).
- Academic background in product design, applied arts, interior design, engineering or architecture preferred.
- Experience in Wood and Furniture
- Good command of Primavera and Microsoft Office.
- Intuitive and insightful.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Must be enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn.
- Ability to work smoothly in a team with organizational efficiency.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
