Job Description
- Follow up daily tasks , provide the solution for critical issues
- Supports sales agents to achieve their targets.
- Provides direct coaching and training to the sales agents.
- Supports all sales agents in meetings and monitors their handling to clients.
- Covers his sales agents in case of inability of any of them to handle a client.
- Reports to sales manager weekly for the top management to always be updated.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Excellent presentation skills.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader for at least 2 years .
- Excellent presentation skills.
- High Leadership Skills.
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
- Preferred to own a car.
