Job Description
- Sell, promote and market Company products such as:
- Central DX – units
- Chillers, AHU, FCU
- Heat exchangers
- Cooling towers
- Duct accessories &filters
- Ventilation &fans.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers.
- Provide technical and application assistance to HVAC consultants in order to influence their design and specification requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek out purchasing decision-makers and develop solid business relationships.
- Effectively engage and assist in negotiating contract terms with customers.
- Promote Facility / Corporate visits with strategically important customers and business partners.
- Attend trade shows, product shows, and industry functions as required to keep informed on activities and changes in the local market.
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs.
- Secure and renew orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Power/Production Engineering)
- 4+ years of experience
- Negotiation skills
- Persuasion/convincing skills
- Excellent product Knowledge
- Communication and active listening skills
