Job Description

  • Studying tenders, preparing selection sheets for equipments, sending inquires to agents & preparing technical and financial offers.
  • Process and handle all inquiries and/or complains from sales force, clients and management.
  • Provide technical information, through the datasheets or through having the client in contact with the technical support engineer and follow up that the client received an accurate replay.
  • Establish, develop maintain and update the templates of the regular sales reports.
  • Maintain and develop the quality assurance of the sales process through random sampling follow up procedure for the assurance and control of the delivery of the invoices with the PO and the warehouse as well.
  • Handle different channels of communication for the collection of data from clients and employees.
  • Designing and implementing questionnaires and forms to measure and assess needed market data.
  • Handle the marketing campaigns and our social media channels and the all necessary publicity to sustain our market existence that would maintain our exposure in the market.
  • Develop, update and provide materials needed for any exhibitions or fairs that represent the company such as flyers, brochures, roll ups and banners … etc.
  • Assist Management with special administrative tasks when requested.
  • Ensure the sales departments run efficiently by providing proper communication, accurate data.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. of commerce, business administration or any equivalent to it.
  • 2-3 years of working experience with the field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to follow up the smallest details at work.
  • Ability to deliver work in timely manner.
