Job Description

  • Lead, set, and align on the long-term strategic vision for the Brands and brands strategy to ensure brand health and to deliver sales and profit targets, Provide guidance and inputs for the strategic way forward of the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional to achieve the best marketing results:
    • R&D –
    • Sales Team
    • Promoters –
  • Maintain a tight linkage to commercial agenda and results providing insightful to-dos or opportunities that may serve to enhance brand performance
  • Develops and manages the internal brand marketing approach. Works to identify key internal stakeholders and the best ways to increase the organization's collaboration, support, and impact. Identifies the right venues for interfacing and building internal networks.
  • Collaborates with project teams, as needed, to develop communications strategies and content for internal and external stakeholder groups (i.e., marketing collateral, marketing strategy, or awareness campaigns)
  • Manages and partners with external agencies (i.e. advertising, marketing, or public relations) as needed
  • Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
  • Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a global supplier
  • Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases
  • You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations
  • You will represent the company with regard to strategic customers, the press, and analysts
  • Definition, monitoring of the company's relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
  • Identification and promotion of high-potential talents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical, FMCG, software, eCommerce, marketing, or product management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and, coordinating skills
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
