CyberTalents is a global network of cybersecurity professionals that enables companies to secure their technology on demand. We are looking for an intern to cover the MENA Region.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact to CyberTalents customers
- Coordinate with an internal team like technical recruiters, finance, and legal departments to fulfill client needs.
- Prospect and qualify leads from active customers or warm opportunities.
- Run the full sales cycle including cold emails, cold calls, and demo meetings till closing the deal and managing the deliverables.
- Makes sure to understand customer Pain and needs.
- Establish relationships with new clients and maintain business relationships with existing clients.
- Create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them.
- Conduct meetings with the clients as well as inform them about the current work status of their projects.
- Put a plan for each customer for their needs in order to be fulfilled with our pool of talents.
- Communicates with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Provide a delivery overview to customers quarterly on your managed accounts to ensure customer happiness.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
