Job Description:
HLPR is looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate intern who wants to grow and learn. We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
The intern will learn:
- Prospecting potential customers: by phone, by email, physically…
- Selling our services to clients.
- Managing a client’s portfolio.
- Managing the sales process.
- Identifying new development channels.
- Follow-up of sales.
- Promoting the company and its product/service.
- Creating a sales pitch, quotations, and presentation
- Using CRM systems
Application Deadline: 15-5-2022
Internship Start date: 30-5-2022
Duration: 3 months with availability to work part-time after that
Internship Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Hands-On experience with sales techniques like cold calling.
