We are looking for candidates whose mother tongue is Arabic, and who would like to work with us for an internship program in the Customer Support department.

In this role, you’ll get to work on the following areas:

  • Follow up with customer orders
  • Respond to customer e-mails, manage information flow
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, cancellations to orders
  • Work with courier companies and other cargo services to ensure that customers receive their orders on time
  • Communication to Customer Support Manager in relation to all customer care & support issues
  • Time management of effective customer care delivery
  • Maintenance of existing Customer Care tools (databases, manuals, in-house forms)

Internship Requirements

  • In the 3rd or 4th year of the university or newly graduated
  • Mother tongue should be Arabic and excellent command of English
  • Able to work in shifts, and adjust himself/herself to work in shift work
  • Customer-centric point of view
  • Proactive ideas and dynamic approaches to solving the problems
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Clear, kind, and informative communication style in an e-mail, chat, on the phone
  • Ability to keep up with a highly motivated team and being a team player
