Air Hospitality Trainer
For Former Cabin Crew, University Lecturers, or Teaching Assistants
Are you a former cabin crew member or an academic professional with a passion for aviation and a talent for teaching?
We are seeking a highly professional and charismatic Air Hospitality Trainer to join our team and inspire the next generation of flight attendants.
- University lecturer or teaching assistant with a background in hospitality, aviation, or tourism
- Experience in training or academic supervision is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training in aviation hospitality
- Educate students on in-flight service, safety protocols, crisis management, and grooming standards
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide actionable feedback
- Develop training content aligned with international aviation standards
- Contribute to the enhancement of training programs and student experience
Internship Requirements
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Professional presence and confident public speaking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Well-groomed and polished appearance
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Certification in aviation training or IATA diploma is a plus
