Skills And Tools:
- Maintain and update personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor and on the HR data base.
- Coordinate, prepare & follow up with newcomer’s documents and related issues such as finger print & business card, renew employees’ contracts, update and send contact list whenever needed.
- Update internal databases with employee’s information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Support in any task needed.
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- 1-2 years of experience in the same position/ responsibilities.
