Internship Description

We are seeking an Infrastructure/ DevOps Intern t to join our innovative team, bringing a fresh perspective to revolutionize our implementation projects. This role offers a unique experience within our company, where you'll participate in the integration and customization of CRM solutions to enhance our customers' business processes. Ideal candidates will leverage their creativity and technical expertise to drive user adoption and optimize system performance through:

Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure components.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate manual processes and workflows.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Contribute to the design and implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Participate in discussions regarding infrastructure architecture and technology stack.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing.

Internship Requirements

Fresh Grads of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Basic Knowledge in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
