Internship Description
We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and proactive team member to join the family and help plan, manage and operate one of the hottest start-ups in Egypt.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a KEY role in an upmarket start-up where you will be adding value and supporting the business growth. We need help in a wide variety of tasks, so we are looking for a genuine self-starter who can take on new responsibilities and tasks as they arrive.
Job Description:
- Call new leads derived from lists, referrals, social media and advertising programs.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
- Maintain records of customer accounts and contacts.
- Identifying new potential clients and putting together prospecting strategies which will involve making cold calls and attending business development meetings.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Use phone, email & social media accounts to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm bookings and availability.
- Account management duties; maintaining contact with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered with regular follow-ups.
- Develop and manage the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter,...)
- Helping create cool content (photography, images, and articles) for social media, blog, and newsletters.

Internship Requirements
- Enrolled in an adequate academic course.
- Good command of written and spoken Arabic/English.
- Very good communication, presentation & selling skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong social networking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and execute quickly.
- You need to be organized, confident and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for getting involved in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment where creativity is encouraged.
- Endorsements on social media & internet advertising strongly preferred
