Job Description:
- Monitors order process and insures all is on track.
- Communicate orders with the Delivery Team through mumm technology.
- Call Customers for satisfaction survey after our products have been delivered
- Insures feedback has been translated into action with support from the multi-functional team.
- Coordinates with logistics team all the customer gifts and deliveries.
- Contribute to ideas on how to satisfy our customers better.
- Engage with the team on building the company culture and delivering on goals.
- Fill reports for customer satisfaction of service.
- Contribute to solving customer and operations problems.
