Job Description:
- Spotting Social Media trends and technologies that can play an important role in our client’s Social Media channels.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions.
- Deeply understand the different products and services that our clients offer and educate yourself around them.
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze top competitor’s performance.
- Keep up-to-date with the audience’s preferences to understand their needs and lifestyle.
- Develop unique strategies upon current client goals within the digital arena for different Social Media
- Platforms through competitive research, platform determination, and audience identification.
- Participate in the strategic direction of campaigns.
- Create editorial content calendars matching the client brief and strategy.
- Create in-depth content for branding projects.
- Participate in completing social media materials by creating content for articles.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy/strategy for each community during 5 working days along with the weekend. During the weekend you will be requested to work on moderating the account for one hour each day.
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
- Collaborate with other department or teams to get all the deliverables needed.
- Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis to the clients’
- Report and communicate results on a monthly basis.
- Monitoring communications, and scheduling related to an advertisement and to make sure that ads are published at the appropriate time.
- Participate in pitches for potential clients
- Adding value to all current services by generating new ideas.
- Client Communication
- Handling current projects’ communication both internally and externally in later stages.
- Upload/lunch, test, and schedule advertising creative and ensure timely start and full delivery of all ad campaigns.
- Assist in Ads campaigns
The intern will learn:
