Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and delegate incoming procurement requests from all employees.
  • Drive suppliers / vendors, integrating their deliverables and schedules into project
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to capture and develop key requirements and work to direct into appropriate buying channels in order to extract maximum value.
  • Lead and manage special projects to ensure procurement objectives are being met; collaborate with procurement team and business unit stakeholders
  • Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers, according to the requisitions received.
  • Purchase orders for local items.
  • Data entry and filling paperwork.
  • Maintaining procurement records such as items purchased, costs, delivery time, product quality, supplier performance, and inventories.

The intern will learn:

  • Basics of procurement and the full cycle of the department - SAP Basics

Duration: 6 months

Internship Requirements

  • It is a graduate Internship so candidate must be graduated.
  • Work temporarily only for 6 months.
  • Bachelor degree should be in logistics or Supply chain Management.
  • SAP knowledge is preferable
  • Excellent English
  • Previous internships in a related field is preferable
