Job Description
Business Solutions
- Improve operational efficiency and increase productivity by streamlining and automating business processes.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and document workflows, perform gap analysis based on best practices and implement best-fit solutions to ensure full automation of company processes.
- Identify business problems and come up with business solutions to implement to improve business performance.
- Develop automated systems projects’ implementation plans and follow up on progress to ensure on-time implementation and accurate reporting.
- Follow up on the deployment of new systems, systems versions, customization, and new workflows by implementing the user acceptance testing process and resolving implementation issues.
- Train users on the system and create tutorials for new systems and new functionalities of the system.
- Select and manage communication with service providers.
- Provide first-line support to users on system issues and requirements, escalate complex issues to the service provider, and follow up on being resolved.
- Ensure full documentation for all system processes and agreements.
Manufacturing Execution Systems/Artificial Intelligence Initiatives
- Follow up on implementation to ensure on-time implementation.
- Communicate Project Progress to related stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project data and documentation.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification.
- PMP certificate or its equivalents is preferred.
- CPIM, CSCP, or its equivalents are preferred.
- Experience and successful full-cycle implementation including manufacturing of ERP; SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, ERP-Next, or Odoo.
- Excellent planning and communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders.
- Superb problem-solving, logical, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of business processes and Accounting.
