Job Description

· Facilitate and ensure the effective implementation of the Scrum framework within the ecommerce development team, including organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

· Foster collaboration, communication, and self-organization with ecommerce development team to optimize team productivity and efficiency.

· Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that hinder the ecommerce team's progress and work with stakeholders to resolve them promptly.

· Encourage continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the ecommerce team's Agile practices, efficiency, and effectiveness.

· Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure the ecommerce team's backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

· Monitor and track key metrics related to the ecommerce team's performance and progress toward Sprint and project goals.

· Facilitate collaboration and alignment between the ecommerce team and stakeholders, ensuring that the team understands and delivers on business objectives.

· Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the ecommerce team.

· Identify and manage risks that may impact the successful delivery of ecommerce projects, working with the team and stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.

· Assist the ecommerce team in using Agile tools effectively, such as project management software, task boards, and collaboration platforms.

Job Requirements

· Significant experience ( 1 - 3 years) working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and values.

· Proficiency in the Scrum framework, including knowledge of Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts, and the ability to effectively apply them in real-world projects.

· Ability to handle conflicts and challenges constructively, promoting a positive team environment and resolving impediments to progress.

· Experience in building responsive websites that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes is crucial.

· Eagerness to promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance team performance, processes, and outcomes.

· Familiarity with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps to facilitate Agile practices, track progress, and manage the backlog.

Ability to identify and manage risks that may affect project delivery and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
