We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join our software house. In this role, you will be responsible for refreshing the team and ensuring that Agile processes are implemented effectively. You will facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies, promote collaboration, and empower the team to deliver high-quality software products. Additionally, you will manage the office and oversee team management tasks to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Process Implementation:

• Guide the team in adopting and following Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Educate team members on Agile concepts, roles, and responsibilities.
• Ensure that the team adheres to Agile values and continuously improves their practices.

Team Facilitation and Support:

• Act as a servant leader and foster a culture of collaboration and self-organization.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.
• Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
• Encourage the team to take ownership, make decisions, and hold themselves accountable.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in the team's Agile processes and practices.
• Conduct regular retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Introduce new tools, techniques, or frameworks to optimize the team's workflow.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.

Office and Team Management:

• Manage the physical office space, ensuring a conducive work environment.
• Coordinate team activities and events, fostering team cohesion and morale.
• Assist with resource allocation, ensuring the team's capacity is utilized effectively.
• Support team members' professional growth and development through coaching and feedback.
