Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership in Scaling Agile Frameworks:
- Apply experience in scaling Agile frameworks like SAFe, Nexus, etc., to manage and optimize large-scale Agile projects.
- Guide teams in understanding and implementing effective scaling strategies.
2. Project Delivery and Large Team Management:
- Lead delivery for large projects (40+ team members), including developers and data management professionals.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely delivery.
3. Strategic Collaboration:
- Align project goals with operations and post-development phases, ensuring a seamless transition and continued project success.
- Work with Product Owners to develop and maintain project/product roadmaps.
4. Mentoring and Coaching:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Scrum Masters and project teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, including leading large-scale Agile projects and teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, etc.
- Proven ability to manage teams of 40+ members across various disciplines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, SPC) is preferred.
- Experience in aligning project deliverables with post-development operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
