Job Description
- Assign tasks to all team in implementation and technical support department and follow up with them in all projects and make quarter report to management about status of all projects.
- Manage and support the team of technical support representatives
- Lead and manage the full application lifecycle, including planning, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Training new employees on the use of software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.
- Monitor team performance in relation to the attainment of prescribed service level agreements
- Responsible for the day-to-day pre-sales, project implementations, and live support.
- Support, motivate and inspire the team to achieve targeted performance objectives and goals
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop a detailed projects plan to track progress.
Job Requirements
- BSC in computer science or information system or equivalent
- Proven experience not less than 8 years in various ERP systems
- Excellent experience in project management and leading team members from functional consultants.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans
- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
