Job Description
Learning and Development Coordinator Job Description (3 months Paid internship):
- To be responsible for organizing the training programs that meet defined business requirements.
- To be responsible for training administration, including scheduling, communications, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant tracking.
- To support the clients to evaluate all training and its effectiveness to continually assess whether the content is fit for purpose and to continually evolve and improve our learning offer.
- To carry out pre-training assessments.
- To support the clients when required in the administration and coordination of training bookings, venue hires, and, maintaining great partnerships working with external training providers
- Monitor how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
- Maintain training records, documentation, and invoices.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English both written & verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Time management.
- Highly detail-orientated.
